Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
If your item meets these conditions, please email us at info@smartlauf.com to initiate a return.
How to Process a Return
- Email info@smartlauf.com with your order details, including:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will provide further instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
Refunds
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, your refund will be processed:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
