Consumer Dispute Resolution

European law has provided, since 2025, the option for consumers to contact an online dispute resolution platform under certain conditions. This platform aims to facilitate dispute resolution between consumers and businesses. The online platform will begin operations on 01.01.2025 and can be accessed via the following link:
